Change / Return Conditions

Exchange and return policy for Maqma.

Return Period

Online purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery. Duvets and pillows may be returned within 1 calendar day from delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

Products must remain unused, in original condition, with all labels, tags, packaging and accessories.

Exchange Rules

Product exchange is available only for products of equal or higher value and subject to stock availability.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Used, washed, damaged, incomplete, self-damaged or incorrectly handled products cannot be returned or exchanged.
